2.3. Aggregate Information Collected
2.3.1. Aggregate Information is information that does not identify you. 2.7.1. We may also participate in interest-based advertising using similar technology. This means that you may see advertising on our Sites tailored to how you browse or shop, or you may see advertising for Stars Design Group and its properties on other websites based on your browsing behavior across websites. 3.1. We may transfer Personal Information to third parties for the purpose of providing the Services. We may disclose Personal Information to our affiliates or third party service providers to provide you with the Services. 4. Corrections/Information Removal/Opt-Out

However, we will not delete information that we are required to retain in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4.2. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each communication.
5. Children and Privacy
5.1. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children in connection with the features of our Sites or Services. If we become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information through our Sites or Services, we will immediately remove the individual’s personally identifiable information from our files.
6. How Do We Protect Your Information
6.1. We take the security of your Personal Information very seriously. We use reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure the Personal Information you share with us. Stars Design Group will not share information it collects about you with its affiliates or third parties (both financial and non-financial), except as required or permitted by your state’s law.

Stars Design Group’s main administrative offices are based in the USA and that’s where we process personal information collected through our website. When you provide personal information to us, we request your consent to transfer that personal information to the USA. The USA currently does not have an adequacy decision from the European Commission, which means that the Commission has not determined that the laws of the USA provide adequate protection for personal information (the privacy shield previously in place was declared invalid last year by the Court of Justice of the European Union).
